Store any leftover brownie in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. If storing for longer, refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks. Avoid refrigerating for long periods as the edible image may become soggy. Allow it to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to soften the ganache and enjoy its full flavour.
