Place any leftover cupcakes in an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. Allow them to sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving to soften the buttercream and enjoy at its best. Avoid refrigerating cupcakes for long periods of time as the edible disc might become soggy.
