We have been working on this flavour for almost two months and had to make everything from scratch to get the flavours we wanted. The Honeycomb Caramel Crunch is glazed with chocolate ganache and topped with our homemade caramel biscuit crumbs to give it the extra crunch. To bring the flavours together, we also made our own honeycomb custard to fill the Dossants.
Our range now includes: Honeycomb Caramel Crunch, Nutella Rocher, Green Tea Crumble, Cookies & Cream and Original Glaze and the Fairy Dust Dossant.
